Use HP all-in-One to quickly and easily perform tasks such as making a copy, scanning documents, or printing photos from a memory card. You can access many features of HP all-in-One directly from the control panel without turn on the computer. HP all-in-One allows you to produce high-quality prints in color and black and white in a variety of paper types. You can enlarge or reduce the size of an original that conforms to a specific paper size, adjust the quality of the copy and make high-quality copies of pictures, including copies without edges. Scanning is the process of converting text and images in an electronic format to your computer. You can scan almost anything (photos, magazine articles, and text documents) in HP all-in-One. The HP all-in-One is equipped with slots for memory cards that allow you to insert a memory card and start printing of photos from your digital camera without uploading your photos to a computer. In addition, if HP all-in-One is connected to a computer with a USB cable, you can also transfer your photos to the team to print, edit or share.

Check paper / check print cartridge: indicates the need to load paper, removing a paper jam, inserting the print cartridge, replace the print cartridge, or close the print cartridge door. Cancel button: Stops a task or resets the configuration. Button paper type: changes the paper type setting to match the type of paper loaded in the tray's paper (plain paper or photo paper). The default setting is plain paper. Quality button: Changes the quality of the copy. Default to plain paper quality is a star. Default photo paper quality is two stars. Button size: resizes the image to 100% (actual size), adjusts it to the page (change size to fit) or print images without edges (borderless). The default setting is 100% for plain paper and borderless photo paper. Copies button: Specifies the number of copies desired. If there is an error, the letter E appears on the display.

The HP Photosmart software provides a quick and easy way of making prints of your photos or buy prints online.
